On booking a function, and once menus and costings, etc are agreed, a 10% deposit will be required

 

.The additional 40% will be required 3 months prior to event, with the remaining 50% due 1 month prior to event.

 

For parties of 10 covers and above, 21 days' prior notice will be required for cancellation.  After this date, your deposit will become non-refundable.

 

For a decrease in covers, 7 days' notice will be required.  After which, full charge will still be made.

 

For an increase in covers, 72 hours' notice will be required and charged accordingly.

AJ Catering also reserve the right to withdraw elements of their menus should there be concern about availability or quality of product.  In the unlikely event this issue should arise, notification will of course be given as soon as practicable to the client.
